Savings Goals lets you set savings goals, log deposits toward them, and track your progress over time. The Service is provided for personal budgeting and organizational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must create an account to use the Service, either with an email sign-in link or through a supported third-party provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the savings goals and deposit information you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Savings Goals is a tracking tool, not a financial institution, and does not hold, transfer, or manage real money on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savings Goals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
